Cancellation Policy


I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. 

Please understand that when you miss your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

I now require card details in advance, to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, in which case your card will be charged 100% of the service amount.

This cancellation policy gives me the time to inform my waiting guests of appointment availability. M aim is to provide an excellent service level and this policy allows us to achieve this.​

If you do need to cancel your appointment, I require a minimum of 24hrs notice.
